Primoris Services Corporation Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance with client requirements and industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, ISO 9001). Supervise and coordinate all quality control activities on-site, including inspections, testing, and audits. Ensure all materials, equipment, and workmanship meet specified quality standards. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve quality issues and prevent rework. Conduct internal audits and facilitate third-party inspections as required. Maintain detailed and accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective/preventive action records. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality-related issues. Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality procedures and best practices. Interface with the client’s quality representatives and participate in progress and quality review meetings. Monitor and report on quality KPIs and ensure continuous improvement throughout the project.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in high voltage substation projects (69kV and above). In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards, construction codes, and electrical substation components. Familiarity with NESC, NEC, IEEE, and ISO 9001 standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, quality management software, and document control systems. Certification such as CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) or CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus. Experience with Siemens projects is preferred, but not required.
Work Environment:
Full-time on-site presence required. Outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Coordination with multiple contractors and stakeholders. Seniority level
