As our Executive Vice President of Operations, you will be a key leader at the company ensuring innovation and operational excellence, overseeing our entire portfolio of properties. Job Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy

Set the Vision: Provide visionary leadership for the future of the business, ensuring alignment with LV Collective’s mission, values, and growth objectives. Strategic Excellence: Partner with leadership in the development and implementation of strategic business practices and initiatives that drive the Company’s growth and profitability based on strategic key performance indicators. Inspirational Leader: Lead and develop team leaders that place a high priority on the professional development of their team members, encouraging collaborative contribution, ownership in quality work product, and empowerment in effective and decisive decision making where appropriate for their role.

Operations Oversight

Oversee Performance: Guide and develop team leaders that effectively manage the workflow and prioritization of initiatives; holding them accountable for key metrics such as budget management, leasing velocity, and resident satisfaction. Financial Stewardship: Maintain strong working knowledge at all times of Company positioning in areas of portfolio financial budgeting and performance, leasing and/or occupancy, market conditions and/or trends, revenue targets, marketing trends and costs, long-term asset preservation and preventative maintenance, etc. Value Creation: Analyze areas of direct oversight and collaborate closely with the asset management team for opportunities to increase efficiency and management financial performance without compromising business practices and initiatives, the quality of asset, the customer experience, and/or the employee experience.

Team & Culture

People-Centric Culture: Carry out supervisor responsibilities, including appraising performance and providing timely regular feedback, and/or accountability measures, rewarding employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Leadership Development: Recruit, coach, and mentor leaders, ensuring they align with LV Collective’s mission and values. Transparent Communication: Serve as the key liaison between property teams and executive leadership, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Process & Performance

Champion Excellence: Lead efforts to continuously refine processes, implement efficient systems, and improve overall property performance. Collaboration Across Teams: Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team to provide insight and guidance on potential new investment and/or divestment opportunities, such as acquisitions and dispositions, ground-up development projects, joint venture partnerships, third-party management agreements, etc. Brand & Compliance: Ensure all properties maintain LV Collective’s brand standards and comply with regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Bonus Points If...

You have extensive experience in student housing or multi-family property management. You bring creative, innovative solutions to drive resident satisfaction and operational excellence. You’ve successfully managed large property portfolios and teams. You’re familiar with industry-leading property management platforms like Entrata or RealPage

Requirements

Education & Experience

Required: Proven leadership experience in property operations, preferably in student housing or multifamily properties. Experience managing day-to-day operations, including leasing, resident experience, vendor relationships, and capital/operational budgeting. Education: A Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of combined experience in Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with property operations software (Entrata) and Microsoft Office Suite.
