Job Summary The Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Leader is responsible for establishing and driving the organization’s project management strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives. This role provides leadership, governance, and oversight for complex projects across multiple departments, fostering a culture of excellence in project execution, alignment with business goals and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership –

Develop and implement enterprise-wide project management frameworks, standards and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient project execution, Portfolio Oversight –

Oversee the planning, prioritization and management of a diverse portfolio of projects, aligning them with organizational goals and strategic initiatives, Governance and Compliance –

Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring adherence to methodologies, quality standards and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Engagement –

Collaborate with executive leadership, business units and external partners to define project objectives, scope and success metrics. Resource Management –

Lead resource planning and allocation across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and development of project teams. Risk and Issue Management –

Implement risk management processes to proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues. Performance Monitoring –

Track project performance through KPIs and dashboards, providing regular status updates and insights to senior leadership. Continuous Improvement –

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes, lessons learned and integrating best practices into processes. Team Leadership –

Build, mentor and develop a high performing project management team, promoting professional growth and accountability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field; PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred. 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or enterprise-wide role. Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects and portfolios. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall) Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence at all organizational levels and drive change. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Advanced data analysis and reporting skills. Seniority level
