Our FTEAS provides fiduciary/court accounting services for trusts and estates across the US. The Senior Manager will be part of the leadership team, responsible for technical reviews, client relationships, business development, staff supervision, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Technical review of complex trust & estate accountings. Manage teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Manage client relationships and contribute to business development. Build relationships with potential clients and attend industry events. Ensure compliance with EY procedures and onboarding processes. Develop operational efficiencies and foster a team-oriented culture. Review engagement profitability and oversee billing and collections. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. CPA, EA, licensed Attorney, Professional Fiduciary, or CTFA certification. 10+ years of fiduciary/court accounting experience, with management of staff and engagements. Strong technical fiduciary accounting skills and experience with complex assets. Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills.
