Our FTEAS provides fiduciary and court accounting services for trusts and estates across the U.S., working with banks, law firms, family offices, and trustees. The Senior Manager plays a key leadership role, overseeing complex trust and estate accountings, managing client relationships, driving business development, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance and profitability. Key Responsibilities

Review complex trust and estate accountings. Manage teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain and develop client relationships. Participate in business development activities and industry events. Build relationships with potential clients and assist in marketing efforts. Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with all EY processes. Estimate new work, prepare documentation, and oversee engagement setup. Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell services. Share knowledge and facilitate communication within teams. Develop operational efficiencies and foster a positive team culture. Complete ongoing education in fiduciary accounting and software. Monitor engagement profitability and staff workload. Oversee billing processes and follow-up on collections. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. CPA, EA, Attorney, Fiduciary, or CTFA certification. Excellent communication and technical fiduciary accounting skills. Experience reviewing complex accountings and IRS forms. Knowledge of trust structures, estate planning, and investment concepts. Strong leadership, client interaction, and business development skills. Proficiency with fiduciary trust software and Microsoft Office. Experience Requirements

10+ years in fiduciary/court accounting at a bank, law firm, or CPA firm. Experience managing staff and large trusts and estates. Experience with complex assets and family offices is a plus. What We Offer
