We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives.
Analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules.
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and programs.
Track program/project status and schedules.
Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 10 years in DoD program management, contract management, or financial management.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), including pivot tables and charts.
Communication:
Ability to develop strategic communication and storytelling for executive stakeholders.
Additional experience:
5+ years in DoD Developmental and Operational Test Pilot or Test Planning, with proficiency in iTEST and iREPORT.
Aircraft/Modifications:
5+ years in DoD aircraft retrofit and modification program management, with experience managing engineering change proposals and related documentation.
Systems Knowledge:
5+ years in DoD program management of major weapon systems, with understanding of contracts, schedules, and business case analysis.
Supply Chain:
3+ years in aerospace/defense supply chain planning, requirements monitoring, and government contracting compliance.
*Position contingent upon award.
