Job title: Information Security and Compliance Specialist Location: ITI corporate headquarters, Milford, Ohio is preferred Job Description: Responsibilities: Will be responsible for maintaining information security, compliance, and incident reporting policies, procedures, access lists, and training curriculum. Will work closely with Business Management, IT, Corporate Legal and Contracts Management, and Software and Services teams to develop, maintain, and monitor Business information security operations, training, and controls, as well as incident reporting requirements at the business level. Will be the responsible to liaison between the business and Wipro’s Corporate Information Security Office. Conduct internal review / audits of business as preparation to ITAR, CMMC, NIST SP800 certification. Coordinate certification processes like ISO27001, ITAR, CMMC certification with external consultant and auditors Maintain records of all audits, plan and coordinate remediation of nonconformances identified during the audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science with minimum 5-7 years’ experience in information security and regulatory/standards compliance. Background/experience with information security and compliance standards and certifications processes including ISO 27001 standard, certification, and audit process. NIST SP 800-171 and related standards CMMC (Capability Maturity Model Cyber-Security) certification and audit process USG Classified Facility operations and procedures. CFIUS processes Technical “must-have” Skills: Strong knowledge and experience with USG CUI and ITAR data handling Familiarity with USG FARs and DFARs and information security environments typical of an aerospace- or defense-related software business Familiarity with Information Security Tools and processes such as Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Threat Types and Analyses, Penetration Testing, etc. Ability to manage company relationships with USG, USG Contractor, and US and International Compliance entities relating to information security for the business Wipro is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and makes all employment and employment-related decisions without regard to a person's race, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law #LI-RP3 CAD PLM Data Integration
