https://www.hdrinc.com/our-story In the role of Project Manager (Building Engineering Services), you'll: Plan and manage all aspects of building engineering design projects, including Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, Infrastructure. Support Senior Project Management on large-scale projects. Participate in project pursuits and develop project scope. Coordinate work of Architects and Engineers. Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. Review compliance with governing agencies. Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents. Coordinate workload and ensure timely completion of documents. Track financial aspects and adjust work efforts accordingly. Participate in project reviews with accounting and technical teams. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture. Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field. 7 years of related experience. At least 2 years of project management experience. Excellent organizational, communication, and team interaction skills. Active participation in an employee-owned culture.
