UX / UI Designer - Consulting at a Fortune 50 Company Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences from concept to launch, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specs. Collaborate with UX researchers to iterate on concepts based on user feedback and usability testing. Maintain and contribute to design systems across platforms and product lines. Align design work with business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs through stakeholder engagement. Support multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment. Core Skills : Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in UX / UI design roles. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in interaction design, visual design, and design systems. Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Experience working across mobile and web platforms. Preferred : Skills : Master's or PhD in UX Design, Human Factors, or Visual Communication. Experience with data visualization, accessibility design, or enterprise-scale systems. Familiarity with front-end technologies or collaborative development workflows.
