We are seeking a
Senior Project Management Systems Integrator
to join our dynamic team. In this role, the senior-level project manager system integrator will coordinate efforts—helping to drive mission success by ensuring alignment between program objectives, supporting numerous high-visibility projects, and providing front office support. Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage meetings for a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership and working groups. Coordinate and facilitate project PMRs, including creating PMR briefings, tracking project financials, scheduling, identifying risks/issues, and determining the way forward. Maintain an action tracking system for project-related action items. Track assigned actions to ensure completion and responses, overseeing requirements tracking processes, and communicating status. Provide meeting minutes, highlights, slide decks (using correct templates), and Excel/Office spreadsheets. Format, proofread, and edit correspondence and documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and conformance with guidance, routing and tracking through to completion. Seek information from internal/external resources to address issues and concerns effectively. Participate in establishing and supporting technical exchanges between experts. Prepare and maintain documents like SOWs, SRSs, ICDs, CONOPS, RFCs, and Test Plans. Review milestone documentation for consistency with project requirements. Attend reviews (CIR, PDR, CDR, monthly, etc.), document results, and provide recommendations. Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or related discipline. Experience in project management, including scheduling, monitoring, and contingency planning. Ability to identify and lead process improvements. Capability to manage multiple fast-paced projects. Self-starter with initiative to help manage complex technical developments. Experience with system integration work, including writing technical requirements and evaluating design documentation. Desired Skills
Experience with systems integration tasks such as developing system flowcharts. Previous customer experience. Program/project management experience. Experience supporting leadership levels. Proven ability to lead process improvements. Why Join REDLattice?
