Director of Business Development – Urology Services (Mid-Atlantic) Territory:
PA, DE, NC, WV, VA (Travel 50–75%) We’re hiring a driven, relationship-oriented
Director of Business Development
to lead new partnerships across the urology space. In this high-impact role, you’ll work alongside an associate rep to prospect, sell, and manage service-based joint ventures with urologists and healthcare facilities. This is a deeper, more strategic sales role—perfect for someone who loves the hunt but also values building long-term, high-value partnerships. What You’ll Do: Identify and close high-value service partnerships with urologists and hospital/surgery center leaders Lead a two-step sales process: 1) form physician joint ventures, 2) contract with hospital facilities Sell highly differentiated mobile service offerings (lithotripsy, prostate biopsy) with a proven delivery model Navigate complex, multi-year sales cycles involving legal teams, hospital administration, and physicians Collaborate with a dedicated associate rep to drive business together What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of urology or service-based healthcare sales experience Strong connections in urology and experience selling to both physicians and hospital C-suite Skilled in navigating multi-stakeholder, long-term deals Highly competitive, strategic thinker with strong follow-through Business-minded seller who’s detail-oriented, personable, and thrives on building something meaningful Why This Role Is Special: Unmatched earning potential
