Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator
to lead with vision, integrity, and a passion for exceptional patient outcomes. As our ASC Administrator, you'll be at the helm—driving operations, guiding strategic growth, ensuring compliance, and inspiring a high-performing team. Your leadership will directly impact clinical excellence, financial performance, and a patient-first culture. What You’ll Do Lead Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations, implement policies, and foster collaboration across clinical and administrative teams. Drive Financial Health:
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving strategies without compromising care quality. Ensure Compliance:
Maintain accreditation and compliance with AAAHC, JCAHO, and all federal/state regulations. Lead quality and risk management initiatives. Champion Quality & Safety:
Build a culture of excellence and accountability. Monitor outcomes and lead continuous improvement efforts. Shape Strategic Direction:
Partner with medical and executive teams to grow service lines, explore partnerships, and expand community impact. Inspire Teams:
Hire, mentor, and retain top talent. Foster a supportive, engaged, and mission-driven workplace culture. Elevate the Patient Experience:
Ensure every patient interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. What You Bring Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience:
5+ years in healthcare leadership, ideally within an ASC or surgical services environment. Skills: Proven leadership and team-building abilities Strong business acumen and financial oversight Expertise in regulatory compliance and EHR systems Excellent communication and decision-making skills Certifications:
