Job Description for Brand & Creative Lead at KFC

Partner with KFC global marketing teams to design best-in-class creative briefing processes for branded retail, brand in culture, and marketing calendar layers. Contribute to the development of resources that inspire global agency partners to create compelling and engaging consumer communications that build the brand across the full funnel. Help develop and maintain quarterly creative review, recognition, and know-how building processes for all global markets. Distinctive Brand Building

Provide brand narrative and visual identity thought leadership and counsel to global cross-functional partners to drive brand integrity across all key touchpoints for all stakeholders. Audit and ensure brand consistency and use of distinctive brand assets across all global market-owned channels, creative communications, and other touchpoints. Manage any necessary distinctive brand asset studies, usage guidance, and support markets in optimizing the use of the most effective DBAs for their region. Own any updates/addendums to the KFC global brand book, as needed. Support brand and creative execution of all global partnership agreements. Support KFC's global annual Marketing Planning Meeting. Manage brand and creative workshops on an as-needed basis with global marketing teams. Education & Certifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Experience

Required: 5-7 years of relevant experience in a brand marketing or creative role. An innovative thinker capable of constructing strategic solutions and providing thought leadership for big brand and creative obstacles. Excellent relationship-building skills through clear communication, collaboration, listening, and partnership mentality. Exceptional thought leadership presence, collaborative nature, and influencer skills to drive the brand and creative agenda in a complex organization. Experience working with (or as an) agency partner to create multi-channel marketing campaigns. Demonstrated leadership, project management, and planning skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Ability to gather relevant information for comprehensive analysis and recommendations. Creative thinker with intellectual curiosity. Preferred: Experience in the multi-channel retail industry (client or agency side) and/or franchised business. About the company
