COMPENSATION:

Salary Range: $115,600 to $149,600

annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable). This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors. JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this role is to lead the strategy of key initiatives across the brand and cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of test markets to support the national calendar. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Concept Development & Testing (40%) Work closely with Consumer Insights group to outline key insights and opportunities for the brand. Leads ideation and concept testing for key test market executions. Provide a business case for key test markets, outlining both the business opportunity and business details. Develop a brief for key agency partners to develop best in class communications (Creative, PR, Media Plans, etc..) Cross-Functional Planning & Execution (40%) Works closely with cross-functional teams (strategic planning, operations, and supply chain) to execute test markets flawlessly. Works closely with key franchisees in test markets to align on participation and executional details. Presentations to Key Stakeholders (20%) Present test market ideas and executional details to key stakeholders across the business (Leadership Team, Test Market Task Force, Marketing Subcommittee) WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Brand Director, Marketing Team (Calendar Team, Brand Communications Team, Consumer Insights Team, PR/Internal Communications), KFC Leadership Team and Franchisee Partners KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED: Education:

Bachelors in marketing or related field, MBA preferred Experience: 5+ years of related-marketing experience Prior experience in marketing, brand/product management, or related field Superior verbal and written communications skills Ability to lead and manage cross functional teams Extremely collaborative: Must be able to work with multiple stakeholders and drive towards alignment. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, along with the ability to work with and influence senior-level management with professional maturity and sensitivity Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Benefits:
