$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for working closely with enterprise customers and engineers to resolve complex issues. Our client is a SaaS company based in NYC. This role would sit within their Customer Experience department. Description Be a point of contact to resolve any technical issues. Resolve issues related to any internal systems and applications. Participate in building technical internal knowledge base content. Work cross functionally with partners in Business and Engineering teams. Profile Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2+ years of experience in a technical support role. Experience within a SaaS or B2B environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job Offer Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience. Hybrid work structure of 3 days in office, 2 days remote. 401K match. Generous PTO.
