Your role:
As an OpEx Manager, you will support the Integrated Supply Chain Operations team within Life Science. You will initiate and drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve performance across key measures such as Supply, Cost, Quality, and Safety by applying DMAIC, rapid improvement events, and LEAN fundamentals. You will collaborate with site leaders to develop multi-year continuous improvement plans, track progress, lead workshops/projects, and build organizational capability through coaching and training. You will lead major process improvement and cost savings projects to deliver financial results within set time frames. Additionally, you will analyze current operations to identify new project opportunities and financial benefits, determine key drivers to meet cluster and business objectives, and monitor, track, and report on improvement activities. You should be able to identify waste, develop proposals and execution plans for improvement projects, and possess excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills. You will also be involved in implementing a new Life Science Lean Production System based on the Toyota Production System.
Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or project leadership roles (Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt with change management expertise
Proven track record of deploying tools/approaches to improve operational performance (e.g., value stream mapping, 5S, standard work, visual management)
