About the Role
As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the total omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to the store format, location, and global & regional strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You will analyze sales data, follow up on results, and create plans to optimize profits.
A Day in the Life

Managing the total omni customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial standards.
Representing the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
Establishing and analyzing sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results.
Providing personal customer service and guiding customers through fashion stories.
Promoting the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
Planning schedules in line with sales budgets and activities.
Ensuring routines in fitting rooms and checkout are followed.
Identifying commercial opportunities and maintaining competitor awareness.
Managing store maintenance efficiently.
Handling administrative routines for people and operations.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Staying updated with fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors.
Ensuring the team provides product and fashion knowledge to customers.
Understanding the local area, customer base, and fashion trends.
Team & Development
Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, upskilling, and development.
Conducting performance evaluations and succession planning.
Sharing knowledge and skills with the team.
Collaborating with the area and store leadership teams.
Communicating effectively and maintaining professionalism.
Planning and scheduling team activities.
Conducting regular communication to motivate and inspire.
Ensuring procedures, routines, security, and legal requirements are followed.
Participating in onboarding, training, and development courses.
Retail Operations & Visual Execution
Maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.
Ensuring high-quality visual and product presentation.
Managing stock levels and providing input on allocation.
Supporting daily opening and closing routines.
Overseeing the full garment cycle and fitting room routines.
Maintaining in-store OMNI services and technologies.
Managing price signs and store signage according to guidelines.
Updating and maintaining BOH areas for safety and tidiness.
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills with a responsibility-driven approach.
Effective in team coaching, development, and communication.
Experience in retail management and operations.
Ability to work with numbers, statistics, and analytics.

Additional Information
Compensation: $94,280 - $109,835 annually. EEOC Code: OFM. Pay status: Salary, Non-Exempt (Exempt in top locations).
