Vice President of Product Development
to lead and scale innovation efforts across the product portfolio. This is a key executive leadership role, reporting directly to the C-Suite, and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of
science, consumer insight, and commercial strategy . Key Responsibilities Product Innovation & Strategy Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept through commercialisation Align innovation pipeline with consumer trends, brand positioning, and commercial goals Partner with cross-functional leaders in Brand, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Product Development team Foster a collaborative, fast-moving, and accountable culture Commercial & Technical Oversight Ensure product feasibility, stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness Drive partnerships with co-manufacturers and ingredient suppliers to deliver high-quality formulations Oversee sensory testing, packaging inputs, and shelf-life studies Strategic Input Serve as a thought leader within the business for new formats, categories, and technologies Present regularly to Executive and Board-level stakeholders What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in
CPG, functional nutrition, or health-focused food/beverage Proven leadership in
developing and launching consumer products
at scale Deep understanding of
ingredient science, formulation, and regulatory pathways Experience managing
external partners, co-mans, and global supply chains Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth, agile environment Strong commercial intuition and consumer empathy Location California-based. Hybrid flexibility available. For a
