Description The Brand and Communication Performance Manager is a crucial leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, performance measurement, and business planning within our Brand & Communications function.

This role will oversee the development of performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting systems, and will play a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, policy oversight, and process improvement.

Sitting at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations, this role will support the SVP of Brand & Communications. The manager will ensure all communication activities are data-driven, aligned with organizational goals, and future-focused. Additionally, they will champion business processes to ensure efficiency, policy compliance, and continuous improvement.

Primary Duties:

Performance Strategy & Insights

Develop and lead a comprehensive performance strategy for the team, aligning KPIs and reporting with business objectives. Create measurement frameworks and dashboards for brand awareness, campaigns, content effectiveness, media, internal communications, and reputation management. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to inform decision-making. Strategic Planning & Budgeting

Manage the strategic planning process in collaboration with the SVP and team leaders. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with priorities and ROI. Monitor financial performance and budget adherence. Business Operations & Process Leadership

Lead operational activities to ensure efficient execution, visibility, and consistency across processes. Define, document, and improve workflows, governance, planning cycles, and reporting structures. Ensure processes comply with enterprise standards. Policy & Regulatory Monitoring

Track and manage policy and regulatory changes affecting communications, brand, or employee engagement. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment with governance standards. Executive Partnership & Special Projects

Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP of Brand & Communications. Support leadership with presentations, cross-functional initiatives, and reporting. Lead special projects and transformation efforts as needed. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in performance measurement, strategic planning, or communications operations, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments, including: Business management, budgeting, and governance within marketing or communications. Expertise in dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Sprinklr). Experience managing strategic planning cycles and continuous improvement programs. Experience in a chief of staff or similar support role is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deep understanding of communications channels, processes, and regulations (experience with policy monitoring is a plus). Ability to operate strategically and tactically with executive presence. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with teams and leadership. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking, business acumen, data analysis, KPI development, process design, budget management, and executive storytelling skills. Travel Requirements:

Domestic travel: 10%
