Program Manager

to join our team in

Arlington, VA . Responsibilities: Serve as the focal point for all contractor functions related to performance under the DS/T contract. Interact regularly with Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Government Technical Monitors (GTM) to ensure performance across all contract task orders. Supervise and oversee contractor performance in accordance with contract requirements. Advise and assist the COR regarding the scope of the contract. Manage human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, development, counseling, and discipline of employees. Review and establish compensation, enforce policies and procedures. Ensure timely and accurate reporting, personnel provisioning, and contract requirement implementation. Oversee planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing personnel performance. Coordinate professional development training for personnel. Ensure on-time delivery of requirements, invoicing, personnel reporting, and other ad hoc reports. Manage and correct any contractor personnel behaviors that could reflect poorly on the Department of State. Minimum qualifications: U.S. Citizen Recent (within 5 years) relevant experience with Diplomatic Security Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or security-related field At least 20 years of professional experience Minimum 10 years managing large government programs At least 5 years as a program manager responsible for meeting contract requirements Over 10 years of leadership and supervisory experience Experience managing contracts over $30 million annually with a workforce exceeding 100 personnel Knowledge of Department of State policies and procedures Experience with security operations of US embassies and consulates abroad Strong leadership and supervisory skills Proven ability to plan, evaluate, analyze, and implement government programs Experience in training or managing adult education for security professionals Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to operate effectively in challenging situations Must hold and maintain a SECRET security clearance We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
