Operational Distribution Center & HSE Supervisor

This Position reports to: EL Commercial Operations Manager In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse. Each day, you will develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers. You will also propose and manage the annual warehouse budget. The work model for this role is onsite in our Dallas, TX distribution center (#LI-Onsite). You will be mainly accountable for: Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization. Aligning HSE strategies with 3PL providers to ensure the highest HSE standards. Establishing work procedures to meet warehouse demands. Facilitating HSE risk assessments and implementing preventive measures against hazards. Supporting the DC Operations Manager and HSE Hub Leader in reporting progress on group-level HSE objectives and KPIs. Qualifications for the role: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 6+ years experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, internal logistics, inventory, material handling, or distribution operations. Preferred: 3+ years HSE leadership experience, OSHA Authorized 30 Hour Instructor, EMT Certification, First Responder Certification, ASP or CSP designations. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP (preferred). Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
