Join a Premier Luxury Hospitality Brand - Systems & Network Administrator Opportunity
A leading luxury hospitality group near Napa is seeking a skilled and service-driven Systems & Network Administrator to support its high-end hotel operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist passionate about delivering seamless technology experiences in a guest-centric environment.
As a key member of the IT team, you will:
Administer and secure the hotel's IT infrastructure, including internal networks, servers, storage systems, and enterprise applications. Configure and maintain critical network components such as switches, firewalls (Palo Alto/Sonicwall), and wireless systems. Manage Windows-based systems on VMware vSphere, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DFS. Provide advanced technical support for network, server, and workstation issues, both onsite and remotely. Perform physical infrastructure tasks such as racking/stacking equipment, cable management, and UPS setup. Monitor and optimize network performance, reliability, and security using TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, and DNS protocols. Lead IT documentation, onboarding/offboarding processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
