Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure in Los Angeles, California. This role involves overseeing system security, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms, including macOS, Windows, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in infrastructure management, endpoint security, and networking to support a hybrid workforce effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure systems, including Fortinet firewalls, EntraID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 environments.
Implement and oversee endpoint security solutions using CrowdStrike or similar tools.
Provide support for both macOS and Windows operating systems, ensuring a seamless experience for a hybrid workforce.
Configure and manage Google Workspace environments, ensuring integrations function smoothly.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to infrastructure, networking, and end-user systems.
Ensure compliance with patching, updates, and other IT security standards.
Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and projects.
Document system configurations and maintain accurate records of IT assets and processes.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a related field, with at least 2 years working for a managed service provider
Proven expertise with Fortinet firewalls and EntraID (Azure AD).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365) administration.
Familiarity with CrowdStrike or similar endpoint security platforms.
Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and Google Workspace systems.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPNs and VLANs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Exceptional communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
