The

Operations Human Resource Manager

will be a highly engaged HR business partner for our manufacturing ready-to-drink facility in Conway, Arkansas. This position requires experience in operations management and HR expertise. The HR Manager will partner with operations to build and maintain employee culture and act as a change agent for employee initiatives. This role manages a human resources team supporting a large manufacturing operation and reports to the Vice President of HR.

Job Responsibilities Include: Business Support:

Engage with the business to understand key issues and collaborate on action plans.

Conduct employee roundtables and town halls.

Maintain communication with operations leaders.

Facilitate employee training programs.

Participate in business discussions to provide HR solutions.

Manage projects to add value to operations.

Employee Relations:

Promote organizational culture, vision, and values.

Handle benefit, payroll, and related questions.

Create career development plans and leverage performance appraisals.

Drive talent growth and performance management.

Develop retention strategies to keep the workforce engaged.

Manage and develop the HR team supporting the Conway facility.

Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.

Identify high potential talent and oversee career development.

Partner with leaders to motivate and develop teams.

Provide employee relations advice and coaching.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and laws, including ADA, FMLA, and Workers Compensation.

Recommend policy improvements.

Talent Acquisition:

Assess talent needs and develop strategies.

Participate in hiring for key positions.

Use ADP Recruiting Management for hiring processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, or related field and 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.

5+ years in HR supervisory role in manufacturing.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Ability to manage projects and lead a team of 7+ HR professionals.

Strong communication, organizational, and legal knowledge.

PHR Certification highly desirable.
