Human Resources Manager Location: Fort Worth, TX Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Services Pay: $95000 - $105000 / year + 10% annual bonus About Our Client: Addison Group is working with a well-established and growing organization with multiple locations across Texas to hire a Human Resources Manager. This is a high-impact role supporting both local and regional HR operations, offering strong benefits, a collaborative team culture, and the ability to help shape HR strategy across two major sites. Job Description: The Human Resources Manager will lead and support all core HR functions across two sites, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy development. This position will require someone who can take initiative, be hands-on, and foster strong relationships with managers and employees. Key Responsibilities: Oversee HR operations for two regional locations, ensuring consistency in HR practices Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee training programs Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution Partner with department leaders to drive engagement and performance initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies Manage a small HR team, providing guidance and development opportunities Contribute to company-wide HR initiatives and culture-building efforts Maintain HR systems and support reporting functions Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including people management Strong background in employee relations, talent development, and compliance Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment Comfortable leading a team and working collaboratively across departments Flexible, adaptable, and able to navigate a fast-paced, growing company Familiarity with HR systems such as UKG, ADP, or similar platforms SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus Bilingual and/or multi-site HR experience is also a plus Additional Details: Employment Type: Direct Hire Start Date: ASAP Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM
