To thrive, you should have: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations management, sales operations, or investor relations, with a focus on process optimization and technology implementation. Advanced expertise in Salesforce administration (custom objects, workflows, reporting), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with financial/invoicing systems; experience with Basecamp or similar project management tools. Knowledge of or certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is preferred. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, strong analytical and financial acumen, and a proven ability to design and implement scalable operational processes. Responsibilities for the Operations Manager, Membership & Investor Relations include: Design, implement, and refine efficient processes across sales, sponsorships, capital campaigns, and membership operations to drive scalability and revenue growth. Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, ensuring accurate data governance, reporting, and integration with project management tools like Basecamp to support campaign execution and pipeline management. Oversee invoicing, fund allocation, and accounts receivable processes, collaborating closely with Finance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation. Develop and deliver actionable data insights, sales performance reports, and operational dashboards to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Coordinate closely with teams across Engagement, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of operations and elevate the investor/member experience.
