This isn't your average

MAPS manager

who is a master of both MAPS and mojo-someone who can guide clients through complex MPS journeys, educate departments on our killer solutions portfolio, and build process maps so clean they make other managers weep with joy. From on-site walkthroughs to proposal generation to the final handshake, you'll own the cycle.

You'll be working in our Glen Allen HQ- in-office , surrounded by a collaborative, family-forward, and

pet-friendly

team. Your daily grind will involve sales strategy, vendor wrangling, training coordination, and enough data analysis to make your inner nerd do backflips. As a

managed print manager , you'll live at the intersection of insight, innovation, and impact-leading the charge across departments while keeping our

technology

ecosystem running at full throttle.

You'll Support Our Imaging Sales Department By

Owning the MAPS process from lead qualification to implementation Guiding and supporting the Sales Support Specialist during onboarding Designing and submitting technology solutions to vendors Managing relationships with Distribution Management and third-party partners Presenting complex offerings to executives and leading Quarterly Business Reviews Using tools like Excel, Agent Dealer, and CRM platforms like a boss

This role requires **prior industry experience** in managed print services and solutions architecture. If you don't know what an EKM deployment is, this probably isn't your gig- but if you do, let's talk.
