Job Title: Producer – Experiential Marketing Department/Team: Production Reports To: Senior Producer Company Overview: BeCore is a premier experiential marketing agency and event production company with over 25 years of expertise in crafting innovative brand experiences. Role Overview: As a Producer at BeCore, you'll spearhead the execution of projects, translating creative concepts into captivating real-life productions. Collaborating closely with our Creative, Strategy, Client Services teams, you'll oversee all aspects of production, from pre-planning to onsite execution and post-event evaluation. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external partners, and clients, delivering exceptional results with operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Project Development:
Collaborate with the Production Strategist, Client Services team, and Creative team during development phases.
Participate in production working sessions and internal reviews, contributing insights on production and operational aspects for client pitches.
Support the Production Strategist in converting creative concepts into detailed budgets, project timelines, and project teams.
Budget & Timeline Management:
Manage budgets and timelines for projects up to $500k, sourcing estimates and managing vendor contracts.
Ensure adherence to budget allocations, track expenses, and maximize project profitability by managing scope and scope changes effectively in partnership with the Client Services team.
Oversee project reconciliation and final closeout processes.
Project Management:
Opportunity to lead the execution of one or more projects concurrently, overseeing tasks and delegating to a project team of 1–2 other producers.
Support Lead Producers of projects, leading responsibilities within the team.
Support the management of client relationships in partnership with Client Services, communicating effectively to exceed expectations and drive business growth.
Source and manage vendor partners, ensuring seamless execution of project deliverables.
Collaborate across departments, facilitating communication and alignment on project goals.
Recruit, train, and supervise onsite staff for project execution.
Create internal and external production documents for detailed planning and accurate communication.
Identify scope changes and opportunities, and work with Client Services to develop a plan of action.
Support the delivery of the final Pre-Production Check to the VP of Production prior to onsite execution.
Travel onsite to oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of projects.
Administrative:
Execute internal production processes efficiently, including time tracking, expense management, partner payment processing, and data entry into planning tools.
Provide insights to improve planning tools, procedures, and communication protocols.
Attend team meetings regularly, providing updates and insights on project statuses.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Special Events, Event Production, or Experiential Marketing.
Strong understanding of event production processes, including budgeting and timeline management.
Strong project management skills, preferably in an agency environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Notion.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Solutions-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and creative approach to challenges.
Demands & Expectations:
25% travel expected.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours based on event schedules.
Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Physical requirements including sitting for extended periods, standing/walking for onsite work, occasional lifting/moving of up to 25 pounds.
Must have personal vehicle for occasional local travel; mileage compensation provided.
