They spend most of their time with the client, at their location, serving as trusted technical advisors. The role: The Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS4SaaS Technical Delivery Lead is a multifaceted role that requires a combination of skills: strong leadership and management skills outstanding communication and customer relationship management skills deep knowledge in SaaS Applications technology and OCI /PaaS technology solid understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities The tech lead is accountable for all technical scope items, works collaboratively with functional resources on/offshore, and directs the work effort of on/offshore technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget. The tech lead is expected to perform as an advisor to the customer, provide guidance and direction, and maintain a productive relationship. Specific responsibilities include: Facilitate workshops on all technical items Ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed Track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations Ensure the technical scope is delivered on time and within budget and meets our quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers LI-MS1 Responsibilities
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following: Deep understanding of cloud platforms:
Proficiency in Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions; specifically, ERP, HCM, or SCM inbound and outbound capabilities as well as reporting and extensions. Ability to create strategy documents for all major technical activities, using standard templates and tools. Client relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction through active listening, consensus-building, and a consultative approach. Team leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of cloud analysts and consultants, both on-shore and off-shore, providing guidance and support for success. Communication:
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating active listening and confidence in presentations. Problem-solving:
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop creative solutions. Technical support:
Facilitate technical support to clients, liaising with offshore technical teams or product support. Sales Pursuit Support:
Conduct technical discovery sessions, collaborate on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations. Drive Innovation:
Lead and contribute to innovation initiatives within communities of practice and cross-functional teams. Continuous improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in cloud solutions and processes. Technical skills:
Demonstrated experience in OCI, Oracle ERP SaaS (Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, Extensions), platforms like OIC, VBCS, Process Cloud, ATP, and security standards such as IDCS, SAML, OAUTH, PGP. Functional skills Understanding of SaaS modules and functional processes in areas of expertise Project management skills: planning, scope management, risk mitigation, resource management Customer relationship building Staying up to date:
Continuously learn about emerging cloud technologies and best practices. Project management:
