Crowdplum Global Services . Job Title: PredictSpring POS Platform Technical Support Engineer
Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Day one Onsite) Job Responsibilities
Overall, 10-15 years of experience in the IT industry working on various Digital Transformation programs related to the implementation and support of Omnichannel Customer Experience with different retailers across the globe. The candidate must have experience with Modern POS Platform projects like PredictSpring Platform. Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for modern POS platforms like PredictSpring. Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and service requests related to PredictSpring POS applications, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption. Handle advanced issue resolution for PredictSpring's POS platform, including application stability issues, API failures, sync issues, and payment disruptions. Work with RESTful APIs, SPIs, and integration points with systems (Adyen, Oracle Retail, Verifone, Taxware, etc.) to diagnose root causes. Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and implement permanent solutions. Monitor and tune system performance regularly to ensure POS application performance and availability. Assist in application deployment and configuration changes. Participate in 24/7 shift rotations. Additional Details
