Drive New Business Growth: Prospect and secure new client relationships using referrals, networking, and company-provided tools. Lead Strategic Client Relationships: Act as the lead consultant for complex Employee Benefits accounts, delivering solutions and guidance that align with client goals. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with client service teams, marketing, and other producers across Practice Areas (Benefits, P&C, Risk, etc.). Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Oversee renewals, lead carrier negotiations, and ensure coverage is competitive and comprehensive. Market Expansion & Leadership: Act as the anchor hire in Chicago; contribute to hiring, onboarding, and office growth; help evaluate M&A opportunities. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree CEBS designation Experience on the

agency side
