Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for executives. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas and minutes. Assist with project research, data analysis, and documentation. Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information appropriately. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for decision-making. Assist with budget tracking and expense management. Oversee administrative processes like document management and inventory. Act as liaison between executives, staff, and external partners. Implement administrative policies and ensure compliance. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required. 7-10+ years supporting C-Suite executives. Proven experience in high-level administrative support. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams. Discretion with confidential information.
