We are currently looking for a Marketing Intelligence Specialist to work Monday - Friday at our Branch located at 2605 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT. The Marketing Intelligence Specialist drives the data strategy behind the bank’s marketing efforts-turning customer insights, performance analytics and market trends into actions that deliver business results. This role collaborates with the enterprise data team but is fully integrated into the marketing department, serving as a strategic partner in campaign planning, targeting and optimizing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a data-driven role, ideally in a marketing or financial services context. Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization platforms. Strong understanding of campaign tracking, customer segmentation, and marketing performance metrics. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

Preferred Experience

Background in banking or a regulated industry. Familiarity with campaign platforms such as RSS, Salesforce, or email tools. Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools. Comfortable collaborating across data, marketing and business line tea.

Regular Duties And Responsibilities

Customer & Campaign Insights

Analyze marketing campaign performance and calculate ROI across channels and product lines. Segment customers based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and profitability to support personalized targeting. Help maintain the marketing calendar and support performance tracking for email, RSS campaigns, and other media.

Banking-Focused Data Strategy

Evaluate customer trends, account usage and product penetration to guide marketing priorities. Provide reporting and insights that improve product-level profitability and campaign targeting. Work with enterprise data team to access, validate and use customer and financial data specific to marketing needs.

Market Research & Surveys

Conduct and analyze surveys, competitive benchmarking and market opportunity studies. Use insights to support go-to-market strategy and optimize local or digital campaigns.

Business Intelligence & Visualization

Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau (or similar BI tools) to report key KPIs. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way that supports decision-making Lead Google Analytics strategy, reporting and dashboard development to evaluate website performance and campaign impact. Use data to drive recommendations for UX improvements and content adjustments. Manage paid search execution, coordinating with agency partners if applicable. Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations to the broader team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with the Digital Banking team to ensure seamless integration and user experience across online banking tools and platforms. Act as a digital liaison across IT, Compliance, and Business Line teams The wage listed is within the range associated with this position. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
