This role is part of the Technology Strategy & User Experience (UX) team within our Information Technology Division. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to enhance user experience for customer and employee-facing applications. Your responsibilities include influencing product and design decisions, owning initiatives from inception to implementation, and possibly focusing on product delivery or design operations to scale standards across the enterprise. You will showcase your expertise in interaction and visual design, information architecture, user research, and UX strategy. Responsibilities
Influence outcomes and product decisions based on UX best practices, design principles, and research within an agile framework. Collaborate with developers to implement effective solutions efficiently. Gather, analyze, and present feedback; manage changes to UX deliverables. Present work clearly to stakeholders and provide regular project updates. Design visual styles, interfaces, and interaction flows adhering to design standards and systems. Create diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes considering systems thinking and information architecture. Develop research strategies, usability test plans, and hypotheses during design iterations. Utilize research techniques to assess usability and comprehension of designs. Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of UX experience in design, interaction, or related roles. Experience working with developers in an agile environment. Knowledge of remote testing tools and emerging technologies like Generative AI and Spatial Computing. Preferred
Master’s degree in relevant disciplines or equivalent experience. Over 5 years of UX experience. Experience with WCAG 2.0+ AA compliance, mobile app design for iOS and Android. Skills & Certifications
Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Adobe CC. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Understanding of user-centered design principles and research methods. Core Competencies
