Summary

The Data Analytics Manager will focus on building operational efficiencies across company processes, emphasizing advanced skills such as Python and API development to automate and streamline data integration. The role involves proactively handling business and project issues, developing relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating on analysis to answer complex business questions. Leading a team capable of cross-departmental collaboration to provide strategic analytical insights is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
Develop and implement Python scripts, APIs, and automation tools to enhance data integration and flow between systems.
Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
Design and build technical processes to address business issues.
Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights analyzing business functions, operations, and performance metrics.
Ensure data accuracy and the quality of reporting deliverables, establishing comprehensive policies and processes.
Interpret and report analytical results to stakeholders across leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams.
Manage the data/report requests process: tracking, prioritization, and approval.
Maintain strong SQL skills for effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
Apply analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis testing, designing experiments, data analysis, and developing actionable recommendations.
Support team members' development in reporting and analytics.
Continue automating report distribution and processes.
Identify and automate inefficient workflows across departments.
Partner with business units to streamline processes and increase productivity.
Analyze data for potential business expansion and opportunities.
Influence stakeholders to support business projects.
Develop and maintain strategic networks within the organization to drive projects.
Consult on analytical uncertainties to promote optimal data use.
Support senior management with in-depth reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience with Python, API development, and automation tools is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, finance, econometrics, statistics, or related fields. Experience with PowerQuery, PowerPivot, big data, BI, predictive modeling, Tableau, Power Automate, and data resources in Microsoft Forms is desirable.
Strong analytical skills and decision-making based on data-supported insights.
Proficiency in database structures, query languages, data modeling, and visualization tools.
Ability to read, comprehend, write, and proofread technical documents and correspondence.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to view multiple screens and read handwritten documents.
