Position Summary
*U.S. citizenship required*
The Contract Manager oversees the execution and performance of a federal contract supporting BIM, GIS, CAD, and Records Management functions. This leadership role ensures contract compliance, resource coordination, and alignment with client objectives. The Contract Manager also contributes technically—particularly in BIM integration—and serves as the primary liaison with Government stakeholders.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the successful execution of a firm-fixed-price federal contract supporting BIM, GIS, CAD, and Records Management services. This high-visibility leadership role involves managing contract compliance, technical execution, multidisciplinary personnel, and direct coordination with government stakeholders. The Contract Manager also provides technical support, particularly in BIM model development and data integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison to the Government’s Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and ensure alignment with contract terms. Lead daily contract operations and ensure all performance metrics and deliverables are met. Manage a multidisciplinary team, overseeing staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Contribute technically to BIM modeling and the integration of CAD and GIS data. Maintain and improve internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows. Prepare and deliver monthly reports detailing progress, performance, and compliance. Participate in QA/QC reviews, federal policy meetings, and continuity of operations planning.
Qualifications
Required:
10+ years of experience managing federal government contracts and technical staff, particularly in environments involving BIM, GIS, and data integration. Demonstrated experience with Autodesk Revit, ESRI ArcGIS, and engineering document management tools. Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering results in regulated settings. Strong leadership capabilities, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related technical field. Must meet eligibility requirements for a federal background investigation. U.S. citizenship required
