The Opportunity We are seeking a BIM Project Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams from initial planning through execution. This strategic role requires hands-on experience with BIM in construction workflows, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring successful outcomes for preconstruction and active construction projects. Key Responsibilities Develop project proposals, including scope, schedule, and fee structures. Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Lead cross-disciplinary coordination during design and construction phases. Oversee internal team performance and subcontractor deliverables. Act as the primary contact for client communication and updates. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks or delays. Align BIM workflows with construction strategies. Maintain documentation and contribute to internal process improvements. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the AECO industry. Experience coordinating design and construction teams using BIM/VDC. Experience with proposal development and budget management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project or Primavera, and project management tools. PMP certification or ability to obtain within 12 months. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience in healthcare, higher education, industrial, or institutional projects. Proficiency in BIM/VDC workflows and tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
