Define and execute global, regional, and local account strategies, including annual revenue plans and targets. Identify business opportunities, manage business development budgets, and achieve objectives. Translate customer strategies into a joint innovation roadmap. Drive customer approvals and promote upstream solution selling. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and executives, and implement new customer acquisition plans. Set account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, and ensure fulfillment of commitments. Optimize sales processes and lead junior Key Account Managers. Maintain strong relationships at HQ and key locations, and support internal resources to execute strategies. Achieve account targets and analyze financial KPIs to steer business proactively. Handle administrative tasks such as sales forecasts and reports. What Makes You a Good Fit
