Esports Partnership Manager, Partnership Management , you will be a vital member of the APAC Esports RCP team, helping drive the processes and procedures utilized to deliver for our partners. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of partnership management, including planning and ideation of activations, execution of broadcast placements, social media, experiential and CSR initiatives. Responsibilities: Day-to-day activation and implementation across assigned partnerships, ensuring contractual assets are met through innovative and high performing partner campaigns tailored for the APAC market Collaborate with internal teams and partners to execute partnership activations while proactively identifying opportunities for partnership expansion Coordinate with Broadcast, Publishing, Social, and Events, and other departments to execute various aspects of partner campaigns – from turnkey initiatives to custom solutions based on partner objectives Maintain milestones, tasks, and dependencies across Riot’s internal teams, external stakeholders, and regional partners, ensuring smooth execution from ideation to activation Facilitate the regional partnership roadmaps, keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed to ensure all projects meet high-quality outcomes within budget and timeline Develop and execute localized sponsorship campaigns across APAC Esports touchpoints, maximizing resonance, engagement, and positive perception among viewers Work with partners, event venue staff, and APAC Esports events teams to plan and execute on-site activations and hospitality at APAC Esports events Manage the fulfillment and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative metrics through 3rd party sponsorship valuation services related to partner campaigns Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with existing APAC partners in a way that builds trust, confidence, and professionalism Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnership Management, Sponsorships, or Marketing in APAC Strong analytical skills and background, with demonstrated ability to use data to power decision making Self-starter with eagerness and ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently/collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English Passion and experience in Esports, Gaming, Sports, and/or Entertainment Don’t forget to include a resume and cover letter.
