Principal Purpose Of Job

Business Development by marketing to and servicing Community Managers and Boards of Directors, including developing new service offerings to meet specialized needs. Increase department revenue year over year by percentages as set forth in the annual budget. Apply knowledge and skills to perform the regular and recurring maintenance, installation, and repair work of the department, using authorized equipment. Direct the operation of field service, including dispatching service techs and supervising all field employees. Receive service requests from owners and community management teams. Coordinate appointments and schedules. Level Of Authority

Supervise all employees assigned to field services & construction services departments. Essential Job Functions

Complete assigned work using appropriate materials and equipment according to specifications and procedures. Operate all assigned equipment and vehicles proficiently. Manage projects for the construction division, including insurance claims and renovations. Create job specifications, prepare proposals, recommend repairs, and generate work to build the department. Approve all billing for accuracy and completion. Oversee field service techs to ensure quality and efficiency. Maintain inventory of tools and supplies. Ensure compliance with the budget when making purchases. Inspect property liability issues and make recommendations. Coach technicians to enhance skills and performance. Keep schedules up to date and reconcile time records. Recommend equipment or capital expenditures. Perform work following safety practices. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination. Experience in service and customer management. Familiarity with maintenance equipment, construction, and repair methods. Experience in Residential and Mid & High Rise communities is desirable. Availability for evening meetings and emergency on-call. Knowledge of local area and transportation. Ability to plan, schedule, review work, and lead teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Additional Expectations
