Focused on increasing the lifetime revenue of our customers, this role will require cross collaboration with various teams to encourage Qlik customers to adopt, expand, migrate and renew with Qlik.u202F u00A0 What makes this role interesting? u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Design, build, and orchestrate user journeys with a targeted and multi-channel approach including webinars, email, Qlik Community, Qlik Nation, Pendo, organic social, web notifications and paid media. u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Work as a team with Qliku2019s Customer Success and Sales Organizations to define the ideal customer experience at Qlik u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Identify new opportunities, test, and analyze variations within the journeys (e.g., segments, timing, content and creative ) to optimize the conversion rates. u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Develop a lifecycle communication strategy that includes outreach programs such as Qlik Digest, Qlik Insider, Do More with Qlik, and Roadmap webinar programs. u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Upsell, Cross-sell, Renewal Support and Product Adoption u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Launch personalized, targeted and timely marketing campaigns to engage and nurture existing customers, promoting Qlik licenses and services. u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Increase overall customer lifetime value by promoting new products, existing products and Move to Cloud initiatives. u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Track and analyze each stage of the customer lifecycle, assigning metrics to ensure success of our customer initiatives u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Drive the initiation, strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns. u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Work with Customer Success, Sales and Product Marketing to develop themes, determine campaign architecture, and tactical mix. u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Identify and set goals and objectives. u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Identify core bill of materials based on the needs of the campaign.u202F Complete Content audit and content map, frame out tactic timeline and match content with tactics, identifying any gaps. u00A0 u00A0 Hereu2019s how youu2019ll be making an impact: u00A0 Drive the initiation, strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
