Description Product Manager IV Responsible for ensuring assigned product(s) are relevant, properly sold, and managed to provide a positive customer experience, focusing on sound infrastructure and integrity levels. This role includes managing product lifecycle through market research, financial analysis, product planning, development, implementation, and coordinating sales and marketing strategies. Key components include product profitability, risk mitigation, performance evaluation, and results measurement. The Product Manager serves as a subject matter expert for the product suite. Position Responsibilities:

Roadmap Management Serve as a market expert for assigned product(s) through research, customer interactions, white papers, etc. Define market problems by analyzing market, customer, and competitor data, including SWOT analysis and technology assessments. Develop solutions via strategic planning, including roadmaps, business plans, pricing, positioning, and understanding customer needs and use scenarios. Manage products through their lifecycle, monitor performance, and recommend strategies to improve profitability and customer retention. Define, measure, and manage product risks; communicate success metrics. Product Promotion/Advocacy Create and own market messaging for assigned products. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed. Engage in customer interviews and monitor market trends to gauge product acceptance. Portfolio and Revenue Management Evaluate economic conditions and advise management accordingly. Ensure profitability and competitive positioning within sales and profit plans. Develop pricing strategies to meet product objectives. Product Initiatives Research market problems, explore opportunities, and evaluate new product ideas. Conduct discovery and validation activities with customers and prospects. Establish criteria for testing new and updated products. Partner with Operations to ensure product stability and efficient issue resolution processes. Review customer feedback to inform product improvements.
