Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in Industrial Tilt-Wall construction. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project management from planning to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial construction processes, especially in tilt-up and tilt-panel methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple industrial tilt-wall projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and communication. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on tilt-wall projects. Strong proficiency in Procore and other project management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction processes, including ground-up and commercial construction methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
