We are looking to add an Operations Manager to our Yourgi team! LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE REPORTS TO : Director of Yourgi Operations and Support CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Help develop operational strategies that align with our purpose Create systems where daily support operations become the embodiment of our values Design services that reflect our commitment to those we serve Transform customer feedback into insights to improve our purpose fulfillment Identify opportunities for process improvement that serve our mission and team Collaborate with departments to establish meaningful metrics Use data to tell our impact story and guide our future Build vendor relationships based on shared values and mutual respect Resolve customer challenges in ways that strengthen relationships Share insights with leadership to inform strategic direction Contribute to our vision, staying true to our purpose as we grow REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of progressive operations experience 2+ years in customer service environments Skills: Experience creating operational frameworks that serve people Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence Understanding of tier 1, 2, and 3 support as trust-building functions Leadership that inspires others Analytical skills to interpret data Proficiency with technology tools Effective communication skills Customer-first, empathetic approach Resource management skills Adaptability and flexibility Preferred Skills & Experience: Advanced degree Knowledge of industry best practices Experience with digital operations Project management certification Help desk management experience Experience working with results-oriented leadership Training program development skills Belief in purpose-driven work PERKS: Health, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance Startup mentality with stable funding Flexible Time Off Career growth opportunities Retirement planning Impactful work environment Remote work flexibility Time for renewal Meaningful contribution to pet-human bonds Seniority level
