Visit tsariley.com to learn more. About the Role We are looking for an Associate Director to lead complex projects, expand client relationships, and influence TSA Riley’s future in Wellington. This is a unique opportunity to shape our Wellington office and lead in one of New Zealand’s most respected consultancies. Key responsibilities include: Leading high-impact projects across sectors. Mentoring and developing talent. Growing business and client relationships. Collaborating with our national and international teams. Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of capital works projects as Project Director and Engineer to the Contract. Manage stakeholder relationships and represent TSA Riley at steering committee and PCG levels. Oversee procurement, contract administration, and project governance. Monitor budgets, risks, and costs. Promote health & safety culture and compliance. Lead and mentor the Wellington team. Support business development and regional growth. About You

A relevant tertiary qualification in construction, architecture, or engineering. 15+ years of experience in the NZ construction industry with strong project delivery credentials. Experience in property or horizontal infrastructure, or both. Previous consultancy or client-side experience across sectors. Ability to maintain industry relationships and seek opportunities. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Potentially currently in a Project Director role seeking new challenges. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
