About the Role A s the Team Lead of Business Analysis & Solution Archit ecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering scalable, impactful technology solutions that drive PCS Wireless’ digital operations. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, solution design, and systems delivery, this role demands a balance of business insight, and execution excellence. You will lead a team of business analysts, functional consultantsand QA to translate complex business challenges and opportunities into robust software and system solutions. Working closely with leaders across all departments, you will ensure that every solution aligns with broader organizational goals and operational efficiency. You will champion best practices in business systems management, drive the adoption of high-impact tools (inclusive but not limited to AI), and serve as a strategic driver of PCS Wireless’ digital transformation journey . What You Will Do: Technical & Team LeadershipBe the point of contact for partners/external technology teams for PCS’ commercial programs and be the SME Provide technical and architectural leadership to ensure the effective design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions Partner with engineering and oversee the project lifecycle for developing and implementing commercial and enterprise technology solutions, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of business analysts, functional consultants, and QA; supporting multiple systems with responsibilities including work allocation, performance evaluation, compensation and overall team construct and staffing . Collaborate with business function owners across Operations, Sales, Finance, Commercial, and Engineering to identify business needs tied to key programs and projects, translating them into actionable software solution requirements Validate business and technical requirements, shape solution design, and manage execution and rollout of these solutions (be it build, buy or rent) Champion the adoption of net-new solutions, improvements/optimization of current deployment and always be pursuing BPI with the goal of optimizing our
resources. Applications & Tools Selection and implementation of business applications (e.g., HR, Financial, and Commercial tools) Enhancements to ERP functions impacting various business processes Custom integration with strategic partners and platforms API-based sales and procurement automation Development and optimization of custom web applications Internal custom web-based tool development EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integration with partners Who You Are: Bring 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing, globally distributed teams. Proven experience with enterprise systems integration, process modeling, and solution design. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex business processes into well-defined technical solutions. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Has a strong track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Has strong knowledge and work experience with Enterprise systems. Extra points for experience with: NetSuite ERP CRMs WMS Have programming experience in Python, SQL or Java even though this role does not require ‘hands on the keyboard’ coding. Project management background or experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Information Technology, Software Engineering, or arelated field.
