Role Overview: A career in the Office of General Counsel will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of the Firm’s legal department by providing dedicated legal support in litigation, counselling, and corporate, commercial, and employment law. You’ll support regulatory proceedings involving the Firm, advise on operational matters, assist with client contracts, and provide employment-related guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide strategic legal advice to professionals and leadership.

Manage multiple legal matters across industries, analyzing complex issues.

Navigate between regulatory, contractual, and dispute resolution matters efficiently.

Build trusted relationships within the organization.

Uphold standards of quality, integrity, and inclusion.

Minimum Requirements:

Juris Doctorate degree.

At least 5 years of experience in commercial dispute, litigation, or regulatory enforcement.

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in litigation or regulatory enforcement.

Expertise in handling complex legal issues with seasoned judgment.

Proficiency in negotiating and building consensus.

Experience in developing policies to enhance quality and risk management.
