A respected national law firm is seeking an experienced
Employment Litigation Associate
to join its team in
Indianapolis, Indiana . This role involves representing employer clients in a variety of labor and employment disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. The successful candidate will also provide proactive counseling and training on workplace compliance matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a nationally ranked labor and employment law practice serving diverse industries. Location Indianapolis, Indiana Duties Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, employment contract and tort cases, non-compete and restrictive covenant disputes, and class and collective actions. Represent employers in state and federal courts, mediations, and arbitrations. Advise and train employers on compliance with labor and employment laws. Counsel clients on workplace policies, dispute resolution, and risk management. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment or commercial litigation. Background in employment law strongly preferred. Familiarity with agency procedures (EEOC, DOL, and state equivalents). Proven litigation and client counseling experience. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Strong academic performance required. Certifications Active and good standing membership with the Indiana State Bar. Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a high standard of legal excellence. Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented work style.
