Job Summary
We are accepting applications from current judicial law clerks to join as Associates starting in Fall 2025. Applications are welcomed for our Los Angeles office for litigation roles across various practice areas. Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as a judicial clerk in a federal court; additional litigation experience at a law firm is preferred. Expected to handle a broad range of litigation matters including commercial disputes, class actions, trade secrets, antitrust & competition, intellectual property, and healthcare. J.D. from a top law school, ranking in the top 20% of the class; participation in law review, moot court, or journal is a plus. Excellent academic credentials, professional experience, and strong writing and analytical skills. Application Process
