Client Wealth Management Digital Client Experience & Platforms team is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for client-facing features focused on Digital Onboarding and Service. This includes capabilities such as account opening, preference updates, client messaging, and alerts. As a core member of an agile product team, you’ll act as a Product Owner, working cross-functionally with UX, engineering, business stakeholders, and compliance partners to deliver intuitive, secure, and scalable digital solutions. Your ability to balance user experience, business needs, and technical feasibility will be key to driving innovation in client interactions. Key Responsibilities Serve as Product Owner in an Agile framework: define epics/user stories, prioritize product backlog, and ensure clear, actionable requirements. Lead cross-functional efforts to define and iterate on client journeys and workflows aligned with onboarding and service goals. Partner closely with UI/UX designers to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. Gather internal and external feedback to identify product gaps and prioritize enhancements. Define and monitor KPIs to measure feature adoption and performance. Actively support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management. Facilitate strong collaboration across technology, legal, risk, cybersecurity, operations, and communications. Communicate product roadmaps, goals, and progress effectively to all stakeholders. Qualifications

Required: 3–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar digital role within an agile/scrum environment. Proven ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate technical and business requirements. Demonstrated success working on digital platforms (web/mobile), particularly in client-facing capabilities. Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions. Strong understanding of user-centered design and collaboration with UX teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with modern web and mobile technologies. Preferred:

Experience in wealth management, online banking, brokerage, or financial services. Background in digital onboarding, client service automation, or alerting/messaging systems. Prior exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Adobe XD.
